How to order

1- Go to the store and choose the category (Abaya, planner) and view the products that interest you to see all the details, available sizes, description, and price.
2- Select a product and add it to your cart. You can then choose to continue shopping or proceed to checkout.
3- If you wish to proceed with your order, you will need to fill in your information.
4- Select a delivery method: Stop desk or home delivery.
5- Confirm the order.
6- We will call you to confirm the order. Confirm it by sending your approval.

My delivery address is incorrect, what should I do?

Don't worry, as long as we haven't shipped your order yet, we can change the address for you. Please contact customer service with your order number and the correct delivery address.

How is the shipment handled?

You can choose to have your order delivered to your home or to the nearest office for pickup. The shipping cost varies based on your selected method and your Wilaya. When you fill in your information and choose your Wilaya, the delivery price will appear.

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes, for international orders, please contact us via Instagram.

What are the payment methods?

Payment is made on delivery. You will pay for your order when you receive it.

How long does it take for the order to arrive?

Orders typically arrive within three to five business days, with a maximum of one week.

What if the Abaya I bought does not fit me?

If there is a mistake with the Abaya (e.g., defects), you can return it in the same condition you received it, and we will send you a replacement. If you want to change the color for personal reasons, this is not possible.

Can planners be customized?

Planners can only be customized with a name on the cover. Other customizations are not available.
